  • Sat Dec 20th 7:30-11:30pm at Mt. Tabor
    • Turns out there’s a Fellowship Hall Event that night
    • Move to Sat Dec 13th
    • Talk to the event for speaker
  • Motion to pay Mt Tabor $65 to host the event, seconded, passed.
  • Motion to make it a $10 suggested donation and a White Elephant, seconded, passed.
• January Event
  • Motion to have a Karaoke Bid Off, Sat Jan 17th 8pm at Fellowship Hall, seconded, passed.

  • As decided in the last meeting, group inventory is the high priority event for December. Some other things we could do together:
    • Meeting bomb, Monday Dec 1st 8pm for Monday at a Time
    • December 20th for Fellowship Hall Holiday Party
• Price share zoom with ICYPAA bid
  • $175 for the yearly zoom membership. Would share the cost with the bid committees.
  • ICY bid currently doesn’t have money, so it will be a little bit before they could pay.

• UCYPAA GROUP INVENTORY: Friday Dec 5th at 6pm at Clara’s House. Please make this a priority and attend!!
