- Reminder to read the minutes when you’re absent to see what you missed! They are posted in the GroupMe and always accessible in the Google Drive.
- Last meeting’s minutes read. Motion to accept, seconded, passed.
Treasurer – Jessica

$200.50 cash (going to deposit most cash into the bank account by the next meeting)
$1715.17 in checking ($175.58 charged for zoom account, $25.47 reimbursement to Blake for food at last event)
$119.07 in savings still
Total: $2034.74
Motion to accept the treasurer’s report, seconded, passed.

- Upcoming events: LVYPAA scavenger hunt, October 18th

- Created a spreadsheet for members to put what meetings they go to and make announcements at so we don’t double dip when we do outreach.
- Will send in the GroupMe.
Facilities – Kate
- Estimate for liability insurance is $276. Will make a motion in new business for that.

Volunteer Coordinator- Devorah
- Nothing to report, would love to help with events!
Culinary Jedi – Blake (excused)
- Nothing to report.
Events – Lindsey
- Trying to get in contact with Full Circle Yoga, will reach out to people who could lead the yoga class. Had an offer from the synagogue that she works at to host the holiday party for $100. Does have some caveats. Will discuss more in old business.
Registration – Elizabeth F
- Currently have 12 people registered. The more people we get preregistered early, the better! Will discuss more in new business.
Merchandise – James
- Nothing to report, new business.
Graphics – Keeley
- Has a mock up of the flyer for new business.

- BlakeYPAA and KeeleYPAA Birthday Party tomorrow night!

New Business

Registration Goals & Next Steps – Elizabeth
- 50 MORE Registrations by EOY
- Motion to move registration price up to $25 starting Nov. 1, seconded. Passes.
  - Need ~100 total registrations before cost goes up to $40
- Pre-reg / merch bundle? Get a discount for merch when you pre-reg?
  - Ensure that we’re still keeping our profit margins on merch!
  - Work out finer details with James!
- Competition???
  - Referred by [committee member] or do more silly incentive things?
  - XX number of pre-regs equal silly things at the Wednesday meeting??
  - Donate a scholarship to get an entrance to a raffle??
Unity Event: November – Megan
- Friendsgiving? Could anybody host us?
- Helping with a clothes drive or doing a service project.
Price share zoom with ICYPAA bid
- $175 for the yearly zoom membership. Would share the cost with the bid committees.
Liability insurance – Kate
- Motion to pay $276 in event insurance, seconded. Passed.
