  - Clara motions to accept the overspending for food at Costco, Katherine seconds, motion passes.
  - FINAL BALANCE: $1,139.99
  - 12 registrations paid for, plus 6 scholarships for Ascend from SALTYPAA bid for WACYPAA
  - Registration sheet updated with all payments
