  • New opening – after prayer, state our primary purpose, overview of Robert’s rules, celebrating recovery time, welcoming new folks and explaining eligibility for positions

    • Motion to waive sobriety requirement and previously served on the committee requirement. Seconded, passed.
    • Will do the work of Volunteer Coordinator until somebody else fills the position.

  • Will add UCYPAA to the “Calamity with Serenity” design
  • Perhaps make 1-2 more stickers so we can bundle them? (ex: 1 for $3, 4 for $10)

  • Competition – will need more time to create this
  • Short reg form – will look into this and report back
  • Will bring a list of committee members who have registered to the next meeting
• Unity Event: November – Megan
  • Friendsgiving?? Perhaps running out of good days in November for it?
  • Helping with a clothes drive or having one or other service opportunities
• Price share zoom with ICYPAA bid
  • $175 for the yearly zoom membership. Would share the cost with the bid committees.
  • Waiting to hear back from the bid committees.

New Business

• Unity position
  • Not showing up well for Unity, therefore not setting up Megan for success
  • Hard to schedule things through the GroupMe because there are lot of other things going on in the chat
    • Perhaps pin a message when it’s important or about scheduling?
  • Difficult to schedule / people are really busy as the holidays come up, perhaps wait till January for a true unity event.
  • Recap: having trouble communicating as a group, interested in a group inventory, unity is important.

  • Friday Dec 5th at 6pm at Clara’s House.
• Made a registration form that has info like who has paid, date they paid and at what rate. You can find this under the treasurer tab in the google drive – Jessica
