- Reminder of our primary purpose of carrying the message, especially to other young people.

- Total $2,398.29
  - $2,048.72 checking $119.07 savings, $230.50 cash
  - Still have to pay $1,500 to Kiesel so available balance of $898.29
  - $660 made at ICYPAA!!
- Motion to accept the treasurer’s report, seconded, passed.
Outreach – Josh
- Went well at ICYPAA! Next events are the WACY In Tents campout (next weekend) and ASCYPAA/NMCYPAA/Area 69 Conference all the same weekend (Sept 26-28)! Yay!
- SLUTYPAA merch? Brought good attention to all Utah people.
Inreach – Lydia
- Putting up fliers at the Alano Club!
Facilities – Kate
- No updates, needs to do the insurance for the event. Thinking about trying to get it done by January.
Programs – Megan

- Updated the registration response form so it’s easier to understand/process.

  - Motion to waive the sobriety requirement and the “previously served on UCYPAA” requirement, seconded. Friendly amendment to split them into separate motions.
    - Sobriety requirement motion fails.
    - Previously served on UCYPAA requirement motion passed.

- Parking is free near the starting location late at night.

New Business

New Shirts? YES shirts and hoodies!
- Motion to spend up to $700 on shirts and sweatshirts, seconded.
- Looking at maintaining a margin of 50% profit.
- Motion passed.
Upcoming events?
- YPAA Witchy Bonfire night!!
  - Changed to witchy bonfire per changing temps. Jonathan can host.
  - Tarot reading and witchy stuff. Smores, drinks, etc.
  - 20 min speaker meeting.
  - Motion to host a Witchy Bonfire night on Oct 4th at Jonathan’s house, seconded. Passed.
- Co-host with WACYPAA bid for Fall Dance? Saturday October 11th
  - Motion to co-host event with WACYPAA bid, let WACY bid take the whole basket. Seconded, passed.
  - Discussion about having an outreach table and selling merch at the event. Because we’re not splitting the basket, discussed wanting a shoutout during the speaker meeting.
    - ex: “Check out the UCYPAA table to register for their conference and buy merch!!”
- Friendsgiving in Reno with WACYPAA host – November 15th
  - Tell Clara or Garrett if you’d like to join them for the event!
Permanent meeting place? (aka not in people’s apartments)
- Decided we like it when it’s in people’s homes, gives committee members an opportunity to be of service.
Tracking registration money?
- What is the best way to do this?
- Work with Jessica (treasurer) for this!
- GiveButter is on hold until we hear back about non-profit status.
