    • Last meeting’s minutes read. Motion to accept, seconded, passed.
  • Chair – Clara
    • Pre-Con Area Assembly event went really well!! Panel went great! Lots of Area folks were really impressed and YPAA involvement at future events. Plus sold 7 shirts!
  • Co-Chair – Garrett
    • Nothing to report.
  • Treasurer – Jessica
    • Total $1812.78
      • $1648.72 Checking, $119.06 Savings, $45 Petty Cash
    • $335 earnings from Area event
    • Motion to accept, seconded, passed.
  • Outreach – Josh (excused)
    • Next week is ICYPAA!!! If you are going and would be willing to volunteer some time at the outreach table, please let him know! Host also wants some help if you want to be of service.

    • Introduce five new positions

    • Not a registered nonprofit (GiveButter is exclusively for nonprofits)
    • Currently in the process of registering for a nonprofit
      • Submitted it to the state, just waiting to hear back
  • August Event update
    • Park was not reserved yet, pushed it back
  • Unity Event – Ghost Tour
    • Sept 7th 9pm (after the meeting)
    • Price: $22.66/ person if booked as a group
    • I need people to RSVP by this Sunday 8/24 so I can make a reservation- I believe payment is made when I book so I will call and confirm that.
