- Reminded the group of our primary purpose (to serve the newcomer and still suffering alcoholic through UCYPAA) and in order to serve that goal, we must work together from a common understanding and shared respect, trust, and compassion.

- Kate noted that SNOWYPAA made $30 so splitting equally among all three groups means each committee gets $15.

- WACY Mid Year Campout Aug 8-10th, ICY at the end of the month!! ASCY and NMCY Sept 26-28th!! Trying to show up and show out at each event.

- Bylaws subcommittee update – Katherine
- Zoom Meeting Aug 7th 7-8pm
- Facility Search/Dates- Kate: Talked to Terri from Camp Kiesal, we’re all good to go for Memorial Day weekend! It costs $750 per night plus a refundable $250 deposit. The amount to be paid upfront will be the first night plus the $250 deposit.
- Motion to make the $1000 deposit for Camp Kiesel. Seconded, passed.

- Was the park actually rented? Need to check with Claire
- Switch to YPAA Olympics (or Field Day) instead of Water Games so we don’t have to lug in lots of water?

- Motion to change the event to the YPAA Olympics instead YPAA Water Games, under the leadership of the subcommittee. Friendly amendment to allow the subcommittee to push the date back if needed. Seconded, passed.

- Motion to start at $20 and do more incremental increases (than last year). Will create a schedule of increases. Seconded, passed.
- Unity Event – Ghost Tour! with Devorah on Sept 7th at 9pm, following the business meeting. Motioned, seconded, passed.
- Conference theme?
- Bring ideas for the conference theme to the next meeting
- Can make a temporary flyer to get registrations started at WACY Mid-Year
- Merch new business
- Do we have an outreach plan for working the tables and selling the merch? Gotta make that coin!! Perhaps a more formal plan? Seems like part of the issue for SWAC was not understanding how to take money, we’ve fixed all that for Mid-Year.
