    • Sunday Meeting Signup: sign up to host a Sunday business meeting!!
    • Riley will host the next in person meeting.
    • Let Clara or Katherine know if you need access to the drive.
  • Secretary – Katherine
    • Last month’s minutes read. Motion to accept, seconded, passed.
  • Treasurer – Jessica
    • Total balance $2,958.33. Motion to accept, seconded, passed.
  • Outreach – Josh
    • SWACYPAA coming up!!!!! Need to create a plan for the outreach table.
    • ICYPAA in August!!!
  • Inreach – Kam
    • Start next week going into new meetings/treatment centers/etc. Would like help and people to discuss ideas with.
  • Facilities – Kate
    • Kiesel is willing to host us again. They’re available in May, the access road closes in mid July and in June they host camps. Looking into other options farther South (first idea was veryyy expensive).
  • Programs – Megan
  • Volunteer Coordinator – Devorah
    • Reminder to volunteer for Beach Day! Created a sign up sheet for things we need to bring! (Kate has extra fliers.)
  • Culinary Jedi – Blake
    • Nothing to report. Talked to Robert about what the position entails.
  • Events – Claire
    • UCYPAA will help contribute food and support for the Beach Day!
  • Registration – Elizabeth F
  • Merchandise – James
    • Shirts are in! Total cost $370. Selling at $25.

    • Uploading notes and fliers to the website!

    • Motion for $75 for Beach Day food, seconded. Passed.
      • Culinary Jedi to decide what to buy with it.

New Business

  • Registration and payment processing integration into website
    • More secure, more simplified, easier for the treasurer.
    • Stripe? Processing fee?
    • Jessica will lead a sub-committee to investigate this.
      • With help of Elizabeth (registration), Garrett, and more.
  • August Event!
    • Slip and slide kickball or make lunches for road home
    • Events should be carrying the message to the still suffering alcoholic.
    • Motion for August event to slip and slide kickball and August unity to make sack lunches.
  • Pre-Conference Assembly Workshop in Millcreek – Aug 16-17th
    • Nick and Jessica speaking!! Service opportunities plus fun things!!
